The guy im dating just dropped some bs on me im confused?

I just met this guy 2 months ago we were hitting it off very well at least until today! I was aware of his situation from the beginning him being a father of 3 by 3 different women and i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt (oh yes i know dumb a** me). I mean we were spending real quality time together, cooking together, spending multiple nights together within the week etc even agreeing to bring our children to an event on NYE. Until he broke down and complained to me to me about 2 out of 3 of the children’s mother refusing to let him see his kids because he stopped having sex with them. 1 was over a year ago so he says and the other a month before he met me but this explains why he seems so emotionally distant all of a sudden he’s still in love with both of them. Im just the distraction, I am truly disgusted and feel like shit rn because why do people with so much baggage and bullshit have the audacity to talk to people and act as if they genuinely want something. When in fact they need to get their shit together.
