We went on 7 dates and we kissed on the 5th and 7th after being both a bit drunk. We also talk almost every day. I’m starting to get attached and we’re still playing these games of trying to get each other jealous. I don’t know what to do as I’m scared it will make him run away (he told me in the past he was hanging out with girls like a normal couple and when the girl asked him out he rejected her)

sounds like it's been at least a month or more of dating so yeah you should ask if he sees a future committed relationship with you. given his history tho, maybe this dude isn't cut out for a relationship or wants what you want. but that was the past, so you really need to see where he stands with relationships now. it is completely valid to ask what you two have after that many dates
