What does it mean if a guy readily agrees to a breakup?

We meet face to face but after the first date we had an LDR relationship. In total we are only on for 2 months.

LDRs don't work. Everyone wants to believe that they can make it work, because they think they're going to get better options if they consider people who are not local, but 99.9% of the time, they are just wasting each other's time.

A relationship is about spending time together, in the same place, so that you can share your lives together. That doesn't work long distance.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to delete the dating apps and commit to going outside and meeting locals in person, and dating one of them. That way, you can have an actual relationship that has a real chance of working. If your relationship wouldn't work without a smartphone, then it's not going to work.

I’m sorry but I don’t consider what you had / have a relationship. Your saying you had one date and then distance separated you. He Agreed ! To breakup which tells me that you also wanted to breakup ( if you can even call it a breakup ) .. that’s just you mutually deciding not to try and make something work when there is very little chance.


So soon after you guys beginning to spend time together distance got in the way. I think you maybe wanted him to fight for you a little and that’s what’s hurt you when it’s just that he is saying that distance is to much for him to give you what he wants too or what he would want to give you

You only met once, two months ago. For most people, they need in-person contact more often than that and, after two months, the reality of that has registered with him. If you already have an established relationship and you must endure a period of separation do try to keep the relationship going. But starting out as an LDR almost never works.
