No, you don't send such a message to a person that you barely know. You cannot say that you know a person just by following her on social media.

That sounds more than just creepy and it does indeed indicate that you are willing to contact just about anyone simply because of the looks of that person. What do you know about her? Nothing really. She could be a junkie, she could be an addict of some kind or have a criminal record. You just don't know all those details.

It also indicates that you are desperate to contact her and that is not a good sign for anyone that receives that kind of message.
