The guy I’m been dating for around 2 months send me a video of women who transformed her body from having a mum pouch and she lost it… I didn’t take it well as I am mum and I do go gym it hurt me actually. I can’t work out if I’m being sensitive or not

I can understand why that video would hurt your feelings. As a new mom, your body has gone through a lot of changes already and it's a sensitive subject.
A couple thoughts on how to approach this:
1. Talk to him openly about how it made you feel. Let him know as your partner he needs to be more considerate of your situation and feelings. Guys can be clueless sometimes.
2. Consider if he may have thought it would motivate you rather than criticize. Give him a chance to explain himself before assuming bad intent.
3. Remind him gently that every woman's post-baby body is different, and losing weight isn't the only measure of self-worth. Focus should be on feeling healthy and comfortable in your own skin.
4. Make it clear you don't need that kind of comparison/pressure right now in your relationship or fitness journey. Support each other through understanding, not judgment.
5. If he seems honestly sorry, accept the apology. But watch out for repeated insensitivity, which would be a red flag.
You're doing great just taking care of yourself and baby each day. With open communication, I hope he can do better supporting you as a new mom.
No that was an absolutely terrible idea on his part. Like he about to get castrated lmao! 🤣😂😄
