My opinion is that it absolutely depends on the guy or woman involved. They are of age. Nothing should keep them from each other on a technical level. But there's cases I could see it being okay for the age gap. A lot of people in their 18 to 20s have that old soul and I think if they were raised right they're better suited with a lot of older people. Also they're a lot of women that 18 to 20s age looking to start a family and almost no guy then is ready for that commitment nor responsibility.

I would never support an age gap like that. I dont think anyone with an age ending in —teen should be with someone that old. It comes across as grooming to me. But to each its own.
Not to say age is just a number, but I think there's people of any age who'd be good for each other if not for just a short time. Just rarely see people who could, would or should. I don't know but I'd assume you don't see a whole lotta real decent all around guys. Lots of people round these parts staying virgins and being real careful.
I have mixed feelings about it. I don't love it, but for the most part, it isn't my business and I just ignore it because it's legal. However, I wouldn't want my 18 year old daughter/sister dating a 30 year old man, and I would make it my business and would never approve of her 30 year old SO.
Whomever consenting adults choose to date is not my business.
