Does it mean he is pretty serious about us if he is making future further out plans?

He has been mentioning a lot of future events for us to do together lately. For example next month he wants to plan a trip to a city a couple hours away. He has the plans set already for that one for us. He also talked about us going to a specific concert this summer together. I said I’m up for that and it would be a lot of fun. Tonight he was talking about watching this tv series that comes out in June together. Also he owns his house which he is remodeling right now. He is always asking my opinion on stuff to pick out and whether I like it or not. He always cares about my opinion on things.

I’ve only been in unhealthy relationships so this sort of thing feels so different to me. I assume if a guy is making future plans and including me in his decisions that he is probably pretty serious then right?
