I have a boyfriend and I often ask for reassurance because I have a personal fear that he’ll cheat on me…
So we were at home recently and he had some drinks. He was buzzed and I asked him, “Would you ever cheat on me” and he looked at me and said, “ I will never cheat.”
I asked him again a little while later, “You would never cheat on me?” and he said, “ Never”
Whenever I ask him if he’ll ever cheat on me he always says, “I will never cheat on you.”
But this was the first time ever in 2 years that he gave me different responses (yes I know, to mean the same thing)
I admit I’m an insecure person and I’m trying to do better. But is this something I should worry or be concerned about? In that his answer changed when drinking?
