I'm trying to talk more and What's better for me to talk to several guys and introduce myself to as many guys as I am able to and get into a relationship with one of the guys? i had bad experience with online dating and had bad experience with previous relationships that i did throughout some from college were cheaters and last one turn out be toxic. i went to introduce myself as many guys as can and maybe has be get into a relationship with just one guy.

Sure you can talk to more guys but you have to also be good at which guys are good for a relationship. Dating is like a really complicated, nuanced game and the rules have changed a lot in todays world compared to more traditional times. So you have to try and understand the rules and what other people are doing and why so that you can make good and safe decisions. :)

I already got rules to follow thanks to my mum that made up my dating rules of only dating or getting in a relationship with moderate learning disabilities. Most of them are not good at all so far.

i wouldn't. because that seems to sound more like a "i'm the village bicycle, everyone's had a ride" mentality. (aka introducing yourself to everyone in this way sounds slutty rather than looking for a decent relationship)
