My boyfriend saw that I sent pictures of my ex to one of my girl friends, will he ever forgive me?

GUYS PLEASE HELP! I am happily in a relationship for one year. One of my friends was going through a breakup and she was saying “how am I gonna find someone like him he was so handsome” and than I said “my ex was handsome too but I don’t care about him now at all” . And she wanted to see my ex and I just took some screenshots from instagram and sent. And then I said “He is 2 metres and shaped like a greek god, but I am disgusted with him now, you can also forget your ex” And I also told her to hang around with basketball players to forget him because they are good in bed. And my ex is a basketball player.. It was just empty girl to girl talk… I never think about my ex or anything like that. My boyfriend saw all these messages and he felt so insecure and he said his trust is broken now. I was never unfaithful to him, I would give my life for him. I just wanted to show my friend that anyone can be forgotten and I do not care now. I am so sorry that I made him sad. What can I do?

Everyone can make a mistake. It was just a second and I made that comment without even thinking too much on it. I never meant to broke his heart. In our 1 year he also made some comments about his ex to me that he regrets now, it can happen to anyone. I think it hurt him more that I was talking about it with my friend. We are human for gods sake. I didn’t cheat on him. I just acted really really stupid and I regret now 😣

Honey for me my boyfriend is incomparable. He is the most attractive, handsome man. He is much more handsome than my ex and I never loved anyone like that in my life. But my ex was an athlete so they draw more attention and they are more in shape, thats not necessarily means he is more handsome or something.
