Trending & News Hahaha. I love the options. In my case my doctor is actually an old family friend, so my doctor. Sometimes a close friend who can lend a good perspective (though that's burned me a couple of times).
I'm sometimes the bartender friend who folks talk to, so that's actually a real thing I've seen many people do.

My therapist. They have a thing called couples therapy and I think couples have to do that in order to get married now. Well that’s why I’m thinking our pastor is going to tell us.
A professional therapist really helped me a lot, when I was having a depression crisis. She taught me to reframe things with my husband and appreciate the value he brings to my life.
