Ticklish when I kiss him on the neck

when I kiss him on the neck he cringes and starts laughing saying that he's ticklish. is that a good or bad sign?

Doesnt mean anything.. it means he's ticklish there. Neck kissing is always a turn on, but for some people it just doesn't work as well because theyre ticklish. One of my best friends in high school was the same way. You couldn't even poke her neck without her giggling and twitching a little. It doesn't mean much.
