One should keep the relationships at work professional no matter who one is dealing with. I haven't worked as a permanent employee anywhere nor I have enough experience, but I am sure calling such names is not appropriate unless it's said by someone you know personally outside of your work and in social life.

If your profile photo is you you're obviously not obese so I can't see it as slanderous but it is inappropriate. I would recommend you correct the boss quickly and quietly whenever they call you that.
I'd say "just wittyMilf please." Quick and quiet. Dont make a scene.
Sounds like you have big boobs and he is referencing a cow's udder to your boobs.
If it bothers you tell him to call you by your name.

Well, it has nothing to do with how you look, if your pic is any indication. It's just a pet name. Your boss likes you, not sexually. Most likely, he or she has just taken a shine to you.
I worked at a 5 star restaurant once. The chef made a habit of calling his employees pet names. He named the head cook "Squirrel". It was the chef's way of letting people know they were accepted.I'd guess is was a light hearted endearment. A bit humourous, a bit cheeky, but inoffensive.
Does that fit with the relationship you have with your boss and his character?Ok, not sure. At least its not Mary moo. Lyrics in a song went some thing like... Mary moo she's a vegetarian she don't like meet but she sure likes the bone.
No matter seems like easiest thing to do is ask him to stop. Tell him your name youd like to be called by and leave it at that. Seems unprofesional no matter the meaningI have heard it used in Australia a few times. My wife used it for our young daughter. It seems to be a term of endearment. I haven't been able to find its origin. I have found it defined as a "sexy young woman" in an urban dictionary, but that doesn't seem to be the usage in Australia. Could be a bit too informal for use in a business setting.
I would sooner join the circus than use cute pet names with coworkers.
If it doesn't bother you, then don't seek to be bothered.I'm not familiar with NZ terms of endearment. You're not fat, so its not a cow reference. Maybe he likes your boobs, or maybe it's a personal pet name of affection.
That sounds insulting. Start looking for a new job or ask him to act professional.
Seems like it could be condescending. Maybe not intentionally.
"Moo" as in "Heifer Cow"...
He's an asshole.
He's calling you fat and old.Its what I would call you as well considering your questions history.
I’d be ok with the “missy” part, but the “moo” part would tick me off.
This was inappropriate for a new boss.
What color was he? Black guys use names like this.Just tell him you don't like being called any thing but your name
LMAO I doubt he means it in a derogatory way
Seems very unprofessional. I'd be bit bothered.
That's a reference to cows?
I’d have to ask what it means
Um, I don't see it as a compliment
No, he means nothing offensive or harassing by it.
Better than Pissy poo
