If you recently joined then this is all relatively new, so don’t beat yourself up for making honest mistakes. Unfortunately in some environments the workers just don’t make it easy for newbies to adjust. They aren’t patient, or willing to help, and any mistake you make they show no mercy and make you feel ridiculous, and working under those conditions is just far from ideal. This guy you’re dealing with sounds like a real jerk, but tbh he probably got the same treatment when he first got that job, so he does it to every other new person. I’d also bet that he was messing up in the past and is just glad to have someone new to take his place being picked on, and will gladly make you the subject of scrutiny as not to have the target on his back. There’s nothing to do about that but just work to prove him wrong. When you make a mistake, don’t freak out, and instead take note of how to do it properly. Try other things too, like taking notes of how to do certain things, and if need be, address the situation with HR because some companies to not tolerate hostile work environments and will reprimand the person or people causes issues.
These stuff happens when we join a new job.
It is really hard when people misunderstands us or underestimate us.
Try relax a bit by watching something funny.
