Side question, is there a way to reduce anxiety DURING an exam? Taking deep breaths does not help as much.

You can seek help from the teachers. They like it when students are proactive about doing better in their classes. I don't feel nervous during exams because at the point I am taking the exam, I can't study any more. I am taking the exam with what I have learned and studied. So thus I will either know what the answer is or not. I can't change how I studied, and what I studied for.
Well. What are you studying? How do you currently study? How did you study in the past? Have you seen any improvement at all?
1 - Learn the expectations of your professor and the expectations of your school
2 - Learn creative ways to meet those expectations that others are not using or exploiting

Just give up like me i am a highschool dropout and i am very happy with my life
Sounds like put to much pressure on yourself. It's only a test at the end of day it's not life or death worse case can take them agaín.
