Girls, Do you feel you don’t fit in with your colleagues in the work place?

Is it a big deal if you don’t talk to your colleagues at work as much as they expect you to? My thing is I don’t care about socializing, I just want to do my job and do it well and leave. Of course ill say hey what’s up, how’s it going, or did you watch that latest movie in theatres or whatever. Beyond that i don’t care.

Yes as advancement has more to do with politics than skill set. Sometimes if you are social and skilled, the Boss will promote you out if threatened by you...-This requires that everyone see your social and skill set abilities conjoined.

Oh I wonder why… maybe Bc attending an all girls school doesn’t simulate the real world where men and women coexist
