What to do about a promotion that you think you should get but you're not getting?

I have a bar job that's currently paying half my bills & a writing job that's paying the other half. For numerous reasons i prefer working at the bar, one of them being that it's exclusively night shifts and i can work on the weekends which fits well with uni. Shifts are also up to 12 hours long which means i get to work less days for the same amount of hours.
It's hard and tiring but i love it & i'm good at it. I put a lot of energy into this job.
Lately i've been moved to the bar, i was a waitress beforehand, now i pour drinks, mix cocktails etc. Normally this should be linked to a payraise or at least getting more shifts. i get the same amount but because i start work a little later now i work fewer hours. And make less money.
I got a key to the place now, all these responsabilities, i have to close shifts, take care of the money, hand out tips etc. and personally i have nothing from it.
Even better a colleague who does jack shit & always pushes responsability from him just got a raise. FOR WHAT?

It's really depressing and it's making me consider to quit altogether and find something else.

Anyone ever been in a similar situation & have any suggestions? I love this job & my team but i feel like i'm being seriously undervalued here
