Based on this, would it be best not to smoke Marijuana while I'm employed with this company?

I started a job 7 months ago. They drug screened me before I started working. Anyways, I'm looking through my employee handbook. It says

"employees are prohibited the sale, use, dispensing, distributing, possession, or manufacture of illegal drugs, narcotics, Marijuana or alcoholic beverages on company premises. In addition, employees are prohibited from off premises use of alchol or Marijuana when such activities adversely affect job performance, job safety or the companies reputation in the community"

It seems to me like they are saying that it's okay to smoke it as long as it doesn't effect your work. I would just be smoking it at home the night before work. Or just on weekends. It wouldn't effect my job. But the next paragraph says this.

"Employees may be required to take a drug test at any time to determine the presence of legal or illegal drugs, including but not limited to, narcotics, Marijuana, or alcohol, unless such tests are prohibited by law. Testing positive for intoxicants, legal or illegal drugs or alcohol is a violation of the policy and are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination."

I'm kind of confused. So I think they are saying that alcohol can't be in our system or we could be terminated. Like we can't even have a drink the night before? Same with Marijuana? I don't know. Based on what I wrote here, is it best that I don't smoke Marijuana while I'm employed with them? This may seem obvious to you, but it's not to me.
