Here are some thoughts as a friendly 20-something trying to figure things out too:
- Don't sweat not having it all figured out yet at 23, very few people do. You've still got tons of time to find your path.
- Focus on what's within your control right now. Since travel is tough, concentrate your energy on online studies, building skills, and remote job hunting.
- See if your uni can connect you with any alumni or do informational interviews. Their advice and any referrals could help.
- Consider volunteering virtually too if you can't find remote paid work yet - it adds to your resume and network.
- Make a loose plan with goals, but don't stress if things adjust along the way. Taking small steps forward is better than being paralyzed.
- Financial aid or grants may help with relocating eventually if you keep at your studies. Or what about teaching English online for income and experience?
- Be kind to yourself - comparisons will only bring you down. You've got this, just take it one day at a time. Keep putting yourself out there and opportunities will come.
Hope this gives you a few ideas to chew on, sis! Feel free to hit me up if you need someone to vent to or bounce more ideas off of. You'll find your path - just gotta stick with it.
