Is quarter-life crisis a thing?

Quarter-life crisis is defined as a crisis "involving anxiety over the direction and quality of one's life" which is most commonly experienced in a period ranging from a person's early twenties up to their mid-thirties.

I'm not sure if that counts, but sometimes I feel that at 25 I have already done everything - got married, had children, got my dream job and a beautiful house I'm thankful for. Sometimes I feel like that's it and I'm not sure what the next years could hold. Then it passes, and I read it'a normal to have such moments.

Is quarter-life crisis a thing?
