How to deal with people that talk behind your back at work and rude people (when you’re extremely shy)?

I have this Russian guy at work that keeps telling me that I stink which I don’t since I don’t have body odor in reality he hates my perfume but I still wear whatever I like. He also tells other people that he doesn’t like me which is crazy because I don’t even talk to him all I do is say thank you and I am too shy to even make eye contact. And then the other people talk behind my back saying that I’m not cute or look like a man which I asked about on reddit and they said that it wasn’t true I think these people need glasses. Anyways I don’t understand why everywhere that I go I seem to attract these kinds of comments I am a very shy girl, always looking down, minds her own business, etc. I don’t do anything to anyone. At one point I was so embarrassed that I started to wear a mask. I really hate gossip. When I first started working I got so many ignorant comments like that I was autistic, weird, stuck-up (this was behind my back), and there’s a woman that looks like a thumb saying that I’m not cute 😭

Aw man, that Russian dude really sounds like a jerk! Who does he think he is saying rude things about your perfume? It's your choice what you wear. And those other people talking behind your back aren't much better. I wouldn't listen to anything they say about how you look cause they obviously just wanna be mean.

It's totally not cool how they're treating you when you're just trying to do your job and mind your own business. You don't deserve to be embarrassed like that! I'd probably be really shy too if I had to deal with gossip and insults. Maybe you could tell your boss what's going on though, so they can tell everyone to knock it off. Or just try your best to ignore the rude comments - sounds like those people just want attention anyway. Hopefully they'll get bored of being jerks if you don't give them a reaction. Don't let them make you stop wearing what you like or change who you are! Just keep being you.

Ignore them. Don't entertain this people and don't let them put you off. If you're feeling bullied report them to your supervisors. This behavior is unacceptable.

Well, you can be easily fired for doing that here. I don't know what the laws are like where you are.
