I applied there and gave the final round but was rejected. During my interview process they had reposted the same job twice. What's going on in this company? In almost all of the reviews I saw of the company, people were saying they were rejected and didn't get an offer.
It may be poor advertising with a disconnect between hiring manager and whoever manages their recruitment, a specific skill set may be required.
Also they may have had poor interview candidates, recruiting the right people is worth taking time over.
They may not be real jobs, or maybe they already have someone they want to hire but have to go through the motions of posting it. What sort of job?

Maybe it's a third party company that's posting the job and they won't stop until the company calls them and say they filled the position
Somebody isn't doing their job.
