Can I use this model as a Wattpad face claim?

So I’m a Wattpad writer and I found this model as a face claim for one of my characters. Problem is, the guy is Hispanic and my character is White/Brazilian. He looks pretty white but I don’t want to be racist. So does it matter what ethnicity the model is? His picture in below. He’s Xavier Serrano.

Why would you portray a white person as a Latin character (which I am assuming you mean Latinos because Hispanics are different). Latinos descend from Latin America and Hispanics are from Spanish speaking areas or speak Spanish.

I don't think the issue is gonna be accuracy or racism, I think it's gonna be copyright. If the guy you use finds your story and feels like it, he can issue a DMCA takedown.
