"Sound of Freedom, based on the incredible true story, shines a light on even the darkest of places. After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to embark on a dangerous mission to save her. With time running out, he quits his job and journeys deep into the Colombian jungle, putting his life on the line to free her from a fate worse than death."

Its production wrapped up back in 2018 and it was supposed to be distributed by 21st Century Fox. But then the studio was acquired by Disney, which promptly shelved the completed film.

Though the film has attracted controversy, it has a 77% critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes, with Variety’s critic calling it “a compelling movie that shines an authentic light on one of the crucial criminal horrors of our time, one that Hollywood has mostly shied away from.” (Or tried to cover up?)

Both U. K. publication The Guardian and website Jezebel claimed that the film was attached to QAnon, a right-wing community that has been accused of buying into fringe conspiracy theories. Although the film, produced by Angel Studios and released over the July 4 holiday, never engages in such conspiracy theories while exposing the underbelly of the real underground sex slave trade, both outlets linked the film to fringe right-wing extremists in an attempt to discredit it and its box-office success.

Now, thousands of reports are emerging from people who had pre-paid tickets to see the movie but the theaters tried to refund their money at the last minute. Those who went to see the movie report that theaters across the country had the AC turned off even though it was working in the lobby, hallways, and theaters where other movies were showing.

Why? One wonders if the theaters are being coerced by very powerful forces who don't want to give credibility to the very real fact of child trafficking.

I might see it over the weekend to show solidarity to the cause. The movie 2000 Mules came out a year ago and only a handful of theaters showed it. It demonstrated how the 2020 election was stolen and it was very well done and explained a lot about mail in ballots And drop boxes and how lax security was. The producer had video of drop boxes being stuffed. The few theaters that showed the movie reported sellou crowds and a majority of the people that did not believe that the election was stolen saidcthat the move changed their minds. Right after that it disappeared from all theaters and soon it was scrubbed from the internet which is where I saw it Liberal Hollywood and big tech will not allow anything that exposes liberals and democrats.

Yes, this administration seems to have an interest in child trafficking. I'm sure the party's elite donors influence those policies.
And then there are the movie industry execs. For example, why did Disney try to put it on ice?
Same with the media owners. There is article after article linking the movie's producers to Q (anon) and the right wing in an attempt to discourage people from seeing it.

Of course, ever since the Obama administration, there has been an attempt to treat child trafficking as a conspiracy theory.

Part of the problem the elite have is that unregulated migration is something they are invested in for political and economic reasons but this creates conditions ripe for the drug and slave trade. I sense this is a point of sensitivity for the regime, so instead of using their made-up term “tafficking,” I’m going to go for the jugular and call it what it is: slavery. The elite can guilt or threaten people into tolerating mass migration by labeling its opponents as “racist,” but if people connect the dots between mass migration and slavery it threatens the open borders project.

As for Disney, aside from being run by elites, they would also be motivated by bigotry against Christian filmmakers and messaging.

As for the association with QAnon, this is made up out of whole cloth by the regime’s information organs to discredit the movie. QAnon stopped posting a long time ago. I suspect, but cannot prove, that QAnon was a deep state operation to misdirect boomer conservatives into inaction. The QAnon message was “sit tight, trust the plan, Trump is secretly still president and what you see is just a show, HRC will be on trial soon, etc.” That doubtlessly lulled many people into inaction, which to be fair probably kept them out of lengthy stays in DC prison.

I’m sure you are aware of evidence concerning the Bidens as well. What happened to Epstein surprised me only in that the regime didn’t care that it was an obvious assassination. Like, what is anyone going to do about it? That’s the message they sent to the rest of us.

I watched the movie last night. There is not one single scene that can be connected to any “QAnon conspiracy theory” Anyone who says so is deliberately gaslighting you. I feel like I’m in an alternate dimension where the statement “hey, we need to stop children from being sold into sex slavery” is a controversial topic. I have never been one to believe in Satanic forces and demons, but Occam’s razor is hard to dispute.
