Was it wrong to block my aunt on facebook?

i Post a lot of my personal problems on facebook but i dont post exactly what happen i might post something like

"had the worst day at school, kid bullied me"
or
"Wish i had a better birthday"

and my mom kept finding out and i was wondering how she found out because she's never on facebook she just plays games on facebook she's never ever on anything but games.
but yet
she found out about everything i posted, and i was confused on how she knew. i asked her, she said my aunt tells her everything i post.

so my aunt is spying on my facebook page, she's a faceook fiend, so i blocked her.
she asked me to unblock her in person
i asked her if she would stop spying on my profile, she said no so i told her im not unblocking her
am i wrong?

You could unblock her and just every time u post - block her from the individual question so that she doesn't see everything you post... but then there's a risk u will forget to set that one day or forget to unset it and she'll realise because she can't see anything new...

I'd just tell her that she lost her fb privilges by telling your mum everything you say so tough luck.

You can unblock her but put her on a restricted privacy list so that she can only see certain things. Or you could edit the privacy of the posts themselves and select individual ones to hide from her

It takes a little bit of work, but if you go to your friends list and click the dropdown next to it, there should be a premade list called "Restricted" and you can select that and it'll put her on it. Then for the posts you make, either individually, or in your overall privacy settings you can control who gets to see what.

Haven't you heard of Facebook's filter system? You can change the privacy so that everyone except her will see it.

It's your facebook, you can decide who you want/dont want to see it. If you asked her to stop spying and she said no, then you have every right to block her. If she's mad at you, oh well lol.
