So for the time that I was dating my boyfriend, I never told my parents about us because I knew my parents were strict about dating and probably wouldn't like my boyfriend. So we kept it a secret and one day while he was walking me home, my dad caught us kissing and then when I got home my dad blew up (and he had the right to I guess) and said I had to cut all contact with him or I don't get to go to school anymore.
I didn't know what to do and broke up with my boyfriend. He was heart broken. And I don't know what to do now because I don't want us to break up because of my parents. I know we were wrong about dating behind their back but now they don't even want me to have any contact with him. And they never even met him, only my dad got a glance of him when he walked me home and he judges him by his looks. He's not like super good looking but he's not bad looking either. I don't know what to do. He loves me to pieces and I don't want my parents to be the reason we broke up.
I don't know if I can bring this up to my parents anymore, it has caused a huge mess already. Can someone help me out?
