I have a little sister as well (she is 15), so I can kind of relate to this situation. I'm completely opposite your older sister and I'm even still a virgin. However, I understand. I think that if you sit your sister down and told her how much her behavior is bothering you and affecting your view of her... she will reevaluate her behavior, or at the very least tone it down.. if only to make you happy. I find it VERY hard to say no to my little sister.

I wouldn't recommend having your mother speak to her about this issue because it just might turn into a argument.. and hearing your own mother refer to you as a slut and hearing the judgement in her tone.. does something to you.
