Anxious about boyfriend going to concert without me?

We have been together for MANY years. For a lot of those years he never invited me out. All his friends knew about me and sill bring it up that they started to not believe he had a girlfriend! (jokingly of course)

So there's a concert coming up and my boyfriends friends are begging him to go. I'm sure there will be girls there but, like always, he says that no girls are going!

Ridiculous! And the tickets are outrageous... And he doesn't even listen to this music- he did when they were younger.

He might not even go. But I'm upset he'd even consider going without me.

What should I do? He has no reason not to bring me, his friends seem to love me! I just feel so hurt all the girlfriends are friends with each other and we have been together like 5 times longer than them and their bf's... Why do I have to feel left out all of the time?

He might not even go. I want to bring this up tonight.

Maybe he doesn't want to pay for your ticket (since it's outrageously expensive)?

Maybe he wants a night off from you?

Maybe he's getting tired of your controlling attitude?
