Would you consider my half sister and half brother’s relationship incest?

My parents are divorce and currently is married to different people. My father has a daughter with his new wife and my mother has a son with her new husband.

Both are my half blood siblings. However they started dating and are in a relationship with each other. Both does not share a parent with each other or any form of blood relation except for the fact I am both their half sister. Is this consider incest?

No it's not incest. If they ever break up though might lead to awkward family events lol. I know a married couple that were married for about 5 years and his mom then married her dad. So they became step brother and sister but still husband and wife. Not incest but a unique situation. If people are happy and not hurting anyone then i say go for it. Except actual incest that can lead to birth defects and all that so that's not ok.

While they are both your half sibling they do not share a parent together so it is not incest if they have sex with each other. Now if you were to engage in sexual activities with either one of them that would definitely be incest
