What do you value most in a friendship?

Loyalty.

It's rare af! And so easy to do, yet so many people can't/don't/or won't. You don't have to be close friends to still be loyal. It just means you've got each other's back if need be! No matter how far apart you are mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially or physically, etc. Loyalty should bypass all of that! The only thing it shouldn't bypass is morals and ethics.

Respect, honesty, loyalty, friendly, one who gets you and is there for you at your fun and best as well as your dad and worst times. One who has good communication is very genuine, one who values and puts the same amount of effort into the friendship. I also like it when there’s memories and insiders.

What I value more than any other quality is open mindedness and effort. I get into conflicts with a lot of my friends cause we disagree on things and argue and when this happens I think I'd be happier with a friend who was smart enough to understand that even though my point of view is different - its legitimate. On the other hand - neither do I want friends who never make an effort to see me because they are afraid to start a fight when they don't like something I do.

A good friend is someone who tells me I'm wrong when I'm wrong, and tells me I'm amazing when I'm amazing, without ever doing it to hurt me or anyone else, and expects the same of me.

Someone who has a point of view and will have a debate with me and not get mad when we dont see eye to eye someone who enjoys vocabulary and is not afraid of harsh tone and tempo and word choice used to make a point stick
