My boyfriend treats me like a baby?

Like if I fall or hit my head or anything along those lines he will come running and say "are you ok? is anything broken?" I thought it was sweet at first though now I feel kind of embarrased because he does it in front of my friends. And then they kind of laugh at me :/ Or if I'm laying my head in his lap he will stroke my hair and tell me to go to sleep. Then he picks me up and takes me to my room and tucks me in. He also told me that he is going to marry me eventually and now he calls me his fiance. I mean its sweet but is this being babied or is it just him being really caring? Guys do you treat your girlfriends this way?

My man treats me the same way yours does on a daily basis. He really does care for you. Please don't tarnish or hurt his feelings for being nice, it is sweet. If it makes you feel uncomfortable you could always tone it down. Don't lie with your head in his lap or walk yourself to bed.So many guys are selfish and not that into how a girl feels at the moment. I think he is being sincere and kind. He is nuturing you and there is a big difference between controlling and nuturing. This guy is treating you with value and worth.You should enjoy it.

Him calling you his fiance if you're not really engaged is weird, but the rest of it sounds to me like he's just trying to be really sweet. I'm quite certain there are a ton of girls who would love to trade places with you. ;-)

Anyway, yes, I have done most of those things for girlfriends of mine in the past. It wasn't that I considered these girls innocent or helpless, I just wanted them to feel loved and cared for.
