Is it normal to come home everyday exploding yelling screaming because work sucks and everyone is a slob at my house?

Everyone at work is lazy but me. i fight all day with the dr. s at my practice. Same thing at home. They try to clean I have to redo it
Someone ate Two Pieces of My breadNew cups I just bought were missing I screamed my head off and blew up at every one they were where they said they were. I'd advise taking a look at yourself to see what's really making you so irritable and change it. You really should see a Psychiatrist or possibly a Psychologist. As your need to control, redo if things aren't right and anger at others who get it wrong. Definitely sound like something.

I don't want to say what specifically. As that should be handled by Psychiatric professional. But the right therapy and possibly meds will help.

Maybe setup a punching bag or dummy. When you get home and are fired up. Don't talk to anyone. Go and smack all your anger out on the dummy. Curse and yell at it. Then when you're done. Spend a pleasant evening with your family.

But your family doesn't deserve to be your focal point for venting your frustrations in life. When they do something wrong. Look for what they've done right. Try to release that need to control.

If you won't do it for yourself. Do it for your daughters. I know what it's like to grow up with someone like that. It sticks with you.

Yeah it's semi normal. Want the honest truth? Come home, dont say a word. Take a hot shower, have someone ready and able to do the dirty with you without you putting in any work. Then when you are done pour some Booze and unwind and on the weekends grab a massage. I'm not kidding this was my remedy although instead of sex I only had my hand at the time. But what the hell it all worked out! Some people that follow me might be surprise but hey my life was very stressful at the time and I'm only human. *shrugs*

My mom is like this, not as bad though. Maybe 2 or 3 times a week when she comes home she freaks out because of dirt on the floor, dirty counters, dirty dishes... etc. She has really bad OCD and totally looses her mind if something is out of order or isn't clean. A way that helps her calm down and stop doing it as much is just to understand. She has 6 kids from ages 3-17 we are just kids. We don't care if there is a little bit of dirt on the floor from our shoes or if the dishes aren't done. It took awhile but we got her to learn how to bite her tongue and stop from exploding. Maybe try before you come home after a stressful day, go do something that can relieve your stress, like yoga. Once your family starts seeing that you're not as bitchy when you get home they might want to have dinner with you.
