My one guy friend 3 years younger than me was all depressed because he didn't have a girlfriend so I kept giving him compliments to try to make him feel better like calling him cute, attractive, sweet etc. and I guess he was taking them seriously and he felt uncomfortable about it especially since I have a boyfriend he stopped talking to me and I guess he actually called me creepy for it to my one friend. It wasn't meant to be creepy I was trying to be nice. Should I apologize or just give him space for a little or what should I do?
