What are some things you never say to your transgender friend?

I only have a couple (both transwomen) and I haven't seen them in a long time. I can't think of anything though. I wouldn't misgender them though. I'm happy to call them "she". Maybe I wouldn't try to talk about issues where I think biology and gender identity are in conflict, like trans athletes in women's sports; I'm very against it.
