The resort hotel fully booked, MIL invites me and her son to stay 2 days to share 1 room with her, would you go?

I'm a new immigrant here, moved to join my husband half year ago, my mother-in -law has been really good to me helped lots for me to settle down new life here.
But i always feel that she treats her son and me like 8 yr old kids, buy clothes for us, book tickets etc.
Recently, she booked a resort place for herself to stay 1 month there, invite us to spend upcoming long weekend, will have to share 1 room, and there will be a pull-out bed. She said especially for me, cuz im new to the country. I know she meant well, but isn't that too much? so i refused, her son really wants to go tho, doesn't think its a big deal to share 1 room. i don't like that, but now seems i am the one being stubborn and ungrateful. what would you do?

Thanks, it's not i don't like MIL, its just i feel that sometimes needs to have boundaries. Also as married adult couple, i don't want him to reply on mom's free offer all the time
