Girls, how would you feel if a guy friend had no opinion on abortion?

I have a best friend who I’ve been friends with for 7 years. We often talk about news and controversial topics, and I realized last week while we had talked about abortion, he had never given me his opinion. I asked his opinion on the abortion situation. He said he doesn’t have an opinion. I figured he was pro life and didn’t want to get into it. I asked if that was the case; he said no, he simply doesn’t have an opinion. This overruling has me really upset, and realizing how many people don’t care is upsetting; especially when it’s from men and older women. It must be nice to be so judgey about something you will never experience. My friend has a baby on the way, like due next month. I was trying to tell him something could go wrong last minute and she could die before they’re able to legally approve the abortion, that’s how fucked up these laws are. He said he understands but still has no opinion. That made me sick. How do you not care when it could be your baby mother/girlfriend one day? How do these laws not piss you off when it could be me or another female friend who dies or almost dies because of these bullshit abortion laws? I would be annoyed if he was pro life, but to me it feels like a slap in the face he doesn’t give enough of a fuck to even form an opinion. That’s privilege if I’ve ever heard of it. I feel petty ending a friendship for that, but I can’t be friends with someone who doesn’t care about something so serious that affects many women of child bearing age. What’s y’all’s opinions? I’m
