Does the "no contact" rule work on friends/online friends that ghosted you?

Could it work on a female friend (no matter if you know her IRL or only online)?

I mean, they may have already comeback, but maybe they'll do it for good later on and actually apologize (and possibily want to reconnect)?

Not often. No real identification like in person. Ghosting an unknown is much easier than ghosting a person met…unless they were so Creepy the the other “had to go”🙀

So I wasn't really an "unknown". The person knew a lot about me, they knew what I looked like, they knew what I sounded like, etc. And we've spent a lot of time together (watching films, tv shows, etc.).

Oh I see but still the non verbal, tone pitch facial expressions mannerisms from in person meets and engagement make the probability of hosting less and reconnect greater…I think.

They saw my face in the video message. They saw the way I speak, heard my tone pitch, etc. Sure, we didn't meet, but they could still see the way I act, speak, etc.
