Is someone that does pranks bias most of the times?

They have no problems doing pranks on others but if it's on them it's no longer funny. My female cousin used to do pranks. Some of them were really not funny. It caused two break-ups in her relationships. She did an ''I cheated on you with your friend'', ''We're having a baby'', ''I'm breaking up with you'', etc pranks on those two past bfs.

I once pointed out how about if a boyfriend does a ''I love you, will you marry me'' prank, after all it's just a joke and he's just being funny. Suddenly not a single smile. She thought that was mean. My point. It's funny to do it to others but someone doing it to you, it's not. Are most pranksters bias? They hurt people but you can't prank them back.
