My friends boyfriend kissed me in front of her. Is it weird I still hang out with her?

So sorry I should have been more specific about the scenario.

I went out with my friend and her boyfriend. My friend and I were pecking each other on the lips a couple of times for fun, in front of her boyfriend, which, understandably, led him to believe he could kiss me, so he did and I was too tipsy to dodge it. They both fought but got over it.

The person that got hurt was my boyfriend who believed that I caused my friends boyfriend to kiss by kissing my friend in front of him.

He now forbids me to hang out with her even though I barely have any friends (moved to a foreign city with him). We get into a fight every time I do hang out with her (once 1-2 months).
