How does it feel to be in your 20s?

Personally i don't feel any different. I only feel like time have stoped and birthdays are not as fun anymore. I feel like an old lady and just want to watch movies, eat, drink and sleep on my birthday 😮‍💨😮‍💨. I guessni m just too tired for anything big and want a calm birthday.

Well I do know my birthday is special like everybody elses.🥰

I guess how you feel about your birthday depents also on people around you and the changes in your life or If you are on a positiv or negative mood.

The biggest different now is that I m allowed to buy alcohol, thats it.

My 20s were a hot mess and I do not wish to relive that age range ever again.

Everyone says enjoy your 20s while you can, and they're the best years of your life? That's a matter of opinion. When I was in my 20s, I didn't know what I wanted out of life, my love life, or lack of, was terrible: I was desperate, lonely, and was happy to an iota of attention from any guy that gave me to me (Spoiler: other than my platonic guy friends, I didn't get much).

My friends, if you want to call them that, were fleeting. By that I mean, they were only around when it was fun and games, or was good for them. Ask me how many people from my 20s are still in my life or speak to me nowadays-

None. And I'm okay with that.

And my self esteem was awful! I was obese, had terrible acne, my hair was just blah... I remember I showed a guy online my picture because he asked how I looked? He thought I was a GUY. Not even kidding. Which as a disclaimer, that's another reason I don't show my picture online anymore: everytime I did, people would act differently or ghost me- not just guys, but women too - I have bad trauma from previous experiences showing people how I look :|

So needless to say, I was a geek with fairweather friends, no direction in what I wanted in a career. Had a crappy job post-graduation from college. And unhappy with my looks.

I tell everyone quarter life crisis is a thing- it's when you hit your mid 20s and start questioning life and your direction of what you want. No one really talks about it because they assume you don't have a crisis until your 40-50s (mid-life crisis). No, you can definitely have a crisis in your 20s, maybe even 30s. But I digress-

I finally seemed to "straightened up" around my my late 20s, early 30s: for me, that seems to be the sweet spot of life. You learned from the errors of your younger years (hopefully) and know what you want in life. Less drama. You should have an established career and able to take care of yourself with little to no support from your parents. And you don't harp on relationship statuses as much.

So how does it feel to be in your 20s? Meh. It's like a rollercoaster: it has lots of downs, some ups, but eventually it balances out.

Was kinda confused early 20's. Mid 20's was great. Birthday's got even more fun and I got a nice glow up.

My twenties were fun, I had freedoms being single for a bit, met my husband and graduated with an advanced degree all in my 20's

I have loved my 20s. I have had the opportunity to do the things I’ve always wanted. Though, time starts going a lot faster and each year that number starts creeping upwards which can be daunting.

I did a lot with 18-21 like partying etc but that's about it for me personally, the rest is growth, finding yourself, money, work, family, life lessons and it's definitely good 🙏🏼

Birthday used to be so exciting and the only thing to thing about was decorating, food, drink, party, looking forward to presents and fireworks.

Byt now it feels enough to be healthy and stress about the future.
