As long as it's not borderline mama's boy syndrome then you're fine. And what I mean by mama's boy syndrome is having an unhealthy dependence on your mother. If you don't and you're self-reliant then I see nothing wrong with having a close relationship with your mother.
A lot of the guys I know are very close with their mothers. It's healthy to have a good relationship with family. You should just set more boundaries with her when it comes to personal affairs.
As long as when you get a girlfriend or a wife, You make her your main priority and set mom straight.
