Mom is mad I turned out better than my older sister?

I feel hated by my mom because I went to college, I have a lot of money and a wealthy husband. My older sister on the other hand has an autistic child and a troubled teen who does drugs. My sister and her family often struggle financially. My mom seems mad I don’t have the same life as her and she tries to make me the bad guy. What can I do to get along with these people? She tells me I’m supposed to kiss ass to my sister and her family, yet my sister hates me.
