Fun secret about me, I had a similar conversation with my own mother when I was 16 and decided I didn't want to reintegrate with her after foster care. I haven't spoken to her since then either. The girl above struck a cord with me because my mom was essentially the same. She chose drugs and sex over being a mother to me. My mother also had a kid young, she was 16 when she had my sister, who I still have never met.. She was 22 when she had me, and only because my grandparents threatened to kill her if she aborted me. She's treated me like shit my entire life, refused to be a mother my entire life. So I removed her from my life.
