I don't want to be friends with future my sister in law. Is that normal?

Basically what the question says. I just don't want to be friends with my future SIL. She's weird and quiet and acts so timid about everything. My fiance says she doesn't have anyone outside of family except an online relationship and has autism so I should just give her a chance, but I don't want to. Everytime I go over to his parents place, she tries to give me some baked goods she made or tries to talk about art, but I don't care. I love to draw and paint, but I don't want to talk about it with her, nor do I care about what she baked. Anyone just not want to be friends with their future in laws? I'm marrying my fiance, not my SIL. I don't care to know her. I have enough friends, I don't want another one that's super weird and awkward to be around.

Being friends doesn't mean "spending ten hours a week". It means being friendly, making conversation when you are together.
