It's complicated. He does but doesn't really have many expenses.

The problem is instead of agreeing on a day to hang our, he will text me every morning to see if I'm free and then gets mad when I say I have to go to work after the fourth morning in a row. Then their have been times where I've been free and text him, then he will decide he doesn't want to hang out. I don't know, he's very moody lately with his new job.

Here's what happened. I told him I was free on Wednesday after not being free the last couple times he asked. So then he tells me he has to work Wednesday, so I'm like okay, well I guess I'll go get some work done on Wednesday too, then Wednesday morning he wants to hang out now🙄 I mean come on lol

Well i get that would be frustratibg for him, not that you did anything wrong, but being rejected more times and now again can be frustrating so cut him off some slack. Tell him you will cleqr the scedule the day he is free, let him pick the day
