Do you ever not stop crying that someone is dead?

My grandmother has been dead for 13 months and sometimes I just start crying and keep telling myself she can’t be dead and it’s not fair. 😔

Sadly, you never get fully over losing someone dear. You just learn to live with it. No matter how strong you feel, there will always be something that will trigger tears.

I lost my own father 19 years ago. The big trigger for me is seeing other kids riding on their dad's shoulders, just like I did with my dad.

I did not cry when my grandma died because I believed she went to heaven. I know belief is hard if you are not religion adapted, but having faith comforts you when tragedies come.

My dad passed more than a decade ago and my mom passed three years before that. I still get sad sometimes.
