It’s normal to feel lied to for them having kept that secret from you but it wasn’t necessarily to hurt you, it was done with the intention of letting you grow up as a normal kid.

If they had told you at an early age what would be the first thing you would do?
They are being family to you and at the same time how they say that we are not your real family?
I'd probably leave them
Because you're family so why would they announce you're an outsider
