Do 'Chelsea Boots' look good on a man?

I consider myself a masculine man and I don't want to project anything other than to my surroundings.
Now if you are one of the people who is going to say: "It doesn't matter what others think" or "Just wear what you want", "If you like it then it's okay" etc... thank you, but this is not helping and not what i am looking for, so please refrain.

So, my question again, girls and guys. Are Chelsea boots on a man detrimental to a masculine, heterosexual image/appearance?

Honestly. Chelsea boots for men were made for a particular type of style and size of a man. You will 98% of the time see a guy who is taller and skinny that wears them. Those guys have little to no muscule mass and wear clothing (especially pants) that hug themselves that make them look small. Those types of guys can pull off Chelsea boots. While myself at 230lbs 5'11" does not look good in them because I have very thick calf muscles and horse thighs with a thicker waist and upper body. Straight jeans do not work well for someone like that because it'll hug the calfs and thighs too much. Which in turn makes the Chelsea boots look horrible.

TL:DR - Skinny guys in tight clothing can pull it off. Muscular or overweight guys can't.

It always depends on the colour, material, height. Honestly, I think Chelsea Boots look great on a guy, more so than sneakers or other shoes.

Yes they look good on men with the right outfit, and I don't think it they are detgimental to a masculine heterosexual image.

They look better on woman, in my country only women wear them in general. Men prefer what they call "desert boots".

They are not the most masculine shoes out there, but I wouldn't call them feminine (even though they were originally women's shoes/boots).

I wear Chelsea boots frequently.
