Tattoos fuck up femininity. You need be more feminine to make up for the missing visual sensitivity. Good for fucking her. See her as a rebel who wants her own unique daddy to break her. Generally, fully covering tattoos ruin a very important aspect of what makes women romantically appealing, however they also work well for getting to know her for who she is rather than what she looks like which is what most men do. Dirtiness of the tattoos yes makes her look as she is more about sex than love. Literal turn on? yes. Romantic turn on for the most part no. Tattoo tribalists however would be better to ask for they hang around other tattooed people which normalizes the appearance. Never have i looked at a tattooed woman and had a first impression that was love. All of that however goes away once you start talking to her. Women are unbreakable when it comes to nature. Easier to change a man's nature than it is a woman's. They are evolution after all. We perceive things based on experience. Most humans don't have them. Tattoos look dirty. We associate dirty with sex. If you're confident in yourself (appearance, conviction) than get tattoos, if you're out for a extreme man to break you extra good then get tattoos. Don't get them if you're normal and unsure of what you want. To me women only work appearance wise in extremes. All tattoo or no tattoo. Few tattoos = dirty. Fully tattoos = special girl. No tattoos = soft, sensitive and pure or traditional. Few tattoos were made for men, not women.

You literally said that full covering tattoos ruin a very important aspect of what makes women romantically appealing, and then you go on to say that it actually makes them special, but a few tattoos makes them dirty, or too sexual. What the actual fuck. All of that was contradicting and made no sense at all.
Also, I seriously can't understand how having tattoos means that a woman wants "a extreme man to break her extra good." People generally get a tattoo because THEY love it, not to lure in an abusive guy wtf - +1 y
That's where the "All of that was contradicting and made no sense" came in. You bash people from having tattoos, then turn around and say all over is okay, but not just a few. But only once you talk to her. Just trying to understand your point, it was a little all over the place.

I can't explain it rationally, but people with tattoos come off as trashy even when they're not. The tattoos themselves can be amazing and beautiful artwork.
I try not to judge and keep my discomfort to myself. But given the choice, I wouldn't date a woman with tattoos.
I'll add I'm surprised at the large number of men here who dislike them, too. I thought it was just me!20 Reply
My biggest grip is that it's impossible to find people who haven't ruined their appearance with tattoos. I have dated people with tattoos, but that was after I knew them for a year and their other qualities allowed me to look past them.
Generally if I'm interested in romance or a hookup I won't even talk to people with a visible tattoo. I mean I don't shun people with them. I just don't talk to them when I want to find someone to sit across a restaurant table from me or join me in bed.
I've seen a lot of gorgeous people ruined by them. In the gas station where I use to buy lunch there was a beautiful woman working there. One of the most attractive people I've seen face to face, really. When I happened to look down while she was handing me my receipt I noticed that her wrists and knuckles were covered in tattoos, and one time she went in as a customer while I was there wearing a tank top. That's when I noticed the edges of a huge back tattoo.
It actually changed my perception of her. When I was just looking at her face with her hands behind the counter and her back tattoo completely covered she was still one of the most attractive people I've ever seen, but if I saw her hands those tattoos would drop her from a 100 (on a scale of 10) to a 5.32 Reply- +1 y
I'm sorry, but that seems incredibly superficial and vain to me. You no longer like someone because you disagree with tattoos? Do you also think someone is ugly if they don't have "normal" hair colors, a certain eye color, or a specific hairstyle? I just don't get why people care that much about a tattoo. I could understand if someone was turned off by all over tattoos, it's an extreme that not everyone finds appealing. But a few tattoos you rarely even see?
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yI find a guy with a few tats in the right places sexy. Goes with that whole bad boy/rebel look. Of course, if their whole body is covered or they have face tats, that is a big turnoff.

+1 yTurn on but if it's a shitty tattoo it can also be a turn off
10 Reply My family is vroom Italian a lull my life I’ve been taught not to marry a guy with tattoos and don’t marry out of your race. For me personally it’s a turn on because when I see tattoos on a attractive Man I think bad boy which as you know is what every girl wants (if you don’t you’re lying to yourself). So yeah it they are well somebody tattoos that are unique and have meaning then yes it a soul is a major turn on. But that doesn't mean guys without are any less attractive, to me men with no tattoos are classy professional and know how to take care of themselves.
10 ReplyLove tattoos! It's more attractive if there's a symbolic meaning/significance/story/memory to getting the tattoo than just a random tramp stamp or simply getting it to look "badass".
I have a quote inked on me - "I will be motivated by dreams, not negative realities." Was a quote my mum said, and one I try to keep close to heart when I'm feeling close to defeat.20 Reply
+1 yI've got a few, but they are not all over me because I like my looks just fine and don't need to accentuate, or destroy, my looks with tattoos. When they turn 55 you won't be able to even tell what their tattoos are on their wrinkled skin. Plus some tattoos fade pretty fast, even within a year.

+1 yPeople start small with one or two. But 5 years later they look like a walking comic book. The body is beautiful, why hide it under tats? I don't get it. Girls with clear and flawless skin cover it with tats, while some people would give anything to have that clear skin.

@TrixiePooch Good point. And part of the reason I hate tattoos of whatever kind.
+1 yHave nothing against them.
But then again as long as the guy doesn't think of his body as a canvas and his body is filled with tattoos, I'm good.
Like for an example, Harry Styles, and Zayn Malik. Styles has tattoos which are well spaced, not clustered. Malik has tattoos that makes his body look like a canvas.10 ReplyI honestly want a tattoo but my parents wouldn’t let me have one XD. My older sister has one on her foot and I’m possibly thinking of getting either one or two on my back or either my shoulder. Who knows though. But guys and girls (I’m bi but mostly into girls and I have a girlfriend) with tattoos are hot. Lol

For some reason, a whole lotta people these days think that if you drill holes in your body parts and apply permanent ink, you somehow are elevated, your value is improved, you've been made a better person.

We were out last week, nice young woman waiting bar, very attractive, petite, beautiful teeth, pretty features, cute figure. And all the tattoos up her arm and shoulder with a stud in her cheek. It made me want to cry for her. :(

why? its sometign she chose for herself it wasn't done under duress, she wasn't pressured, she chose to do it.

It really depends on the tattoo. I'm honestly not a big fan of the one leg sleeve. The writing can be hot or miss.
This may sound weird but since I have no tats myself I like touching my girlfriend's tattoo. You can kinda feel it a bit.
Back-shoulder tattoos are usually hot.12 Reply- +1 y
I agree with you there. I don't have tattoos, but I'd like to get a few one day. Nothing huge, and that I could cover up if I need to in a professional setting. I prefer back/shoulder pieces myself. Thigh tattoos are also very attractive on women in my opinion. I personally think chest pieces are too much, as are neck, face and hand tattoos. (The tiny feminine ones on the inside of your finger don't count to me.) But I'm all for someone doing what they want to do, it isn't hurting anyone.
+1 yI like tasteful Tats but it is a complete turn off to see excessive Tats. Arm tats and breast Tats and especially all over Tats turn me off. Huge Tats like back or chest will get you the pizza guy number not mine. But small tasteful and or meaningful Tats are a turn on.
11 Reply- +1 y
I feel the same about chest tattoos being a turn off, on women anyway. I like them on guys, though I'm aware it's a bit hypocritical. Back, shoulder and thigh tattoos I like. Chest tattoos on women, some hand tattoos, neck, or face tattoos are a turn off to me. I want a few that are meaningful to me, but that I can also cover up for a professional setting if need be. To each their own, I wouldn't bash someone for having them all over, or having ones for fun and not some deep connection, I just personally wouldn't want them all over myself.
+1 yYeah they're a complete turn off for me when someone has tattoos. However tattoo art is sometimes so beautiful I'd love to have some of the geometric patterns or mandalas framed on my wall or something.
20 ReplyIt's not a complete deal breaker.
If its small and inoffensive then whatever.
If it is actually meaningful, like the name of her dead brother, then yes, that's cool.
But generally its a turnoff. Particular those huge ones that scar a very visible part of the body.00 Reply

@Ashlyn96 I think its because long term, I see myself successful in my career as well as my husband, and I just don't see my successful husband having tons of tattoos xD. I think a back tattoo could be very attractive, it really all depends on the man and the tattoo. Some work, some don't.
Also, disagree for once xD? I dont think I've seen ya comment before.

I have nothing against people with them, but the idea of permanent ink on your skin for all eternity unless you use laser removal just creeps the absolute shit out of me. If you just got one cause screw it, and/or it's something generic and not in a good spot, yeah it's not gonna be something I like. But if it's wonderfully put together, in a great spot that somehow accentuates (in a good way) that body part, and/or has a meaning behind it, then I think it's beautiful.

You think that marking and blotting your skin with ink needles is a normal daily activity. I have yet to see a baby born with tattoos. Professional Tattoo artist will tell you it is not normal. Fact is Professional Tattoo Artist now have a series of questions and requirements one must pass to demonstrate they are making an informed decision.

series of questions?
All they ask is if you're drunk or allergic to anything XD - +1 y
Over the years people have been pressured into getting tattoos (especially military) and drunken actions are notorious bad decisions. Tattoo Parlors have been sued successfully based on consent laws that prohibited coerced contracts. Now they submit a series of questions to justify a informed decision. Some inks contain elements that enact allergies and some pigments can react to skin components to create burns.
