No, you don't. You don't get a hourglass figure if now you have a ruler shape, you just lose weight by working out. Do you make the difference between low waist to hip ratio and losing weight/ toning your body? Waist trainers change your waist to hip ratio, no workout can do that.
I did/do squats, lunges and other workouts and it helped me get to where I am. Added muscle to the butt can make you slim thick. Also I don't know why you are talking about hourglass but you don’t have to have wide side hips to be slim thick.
No, you can't spot reduce fat with workouts. Waist trainers make your waist look smaller, hence lower waist to hip ratio. With workout you can tone your abdominal muscles, but you can't lose more fqt from that area

What is that, exactly? What are you training your waist to do? Or is it just a fancy word for sit-ups?

Very good. I will start with it next year I really think it makes miracles
From what I understand it's pretty damaging to the person so I'm not a fan
I do like the look of a corset on a women (🔥 hot), but that super tight waist training is a bit to much for me.
They’re uncomfortable I wore one before just to see felt like I couldn’t breathe
So you're breathing
Ok...
Why go to extreme measures for beauty? Not worth it to me.
It's a potentially dangerous shortcut to actual core training.
It's sad that people have to do that to feel ok about themselves
For getting curves
it is trendy
to have big boobs and booty with small waist.
Your waist is doing exactly what it has evolved to do. It doesn't need your bs "training".
I prefer full body core and ab training. It's better
I shore a sexy woman like you has a perfect waist. Without having to train it
Not worth the health risks
i heard its pretty dangerous
better to just do it the natural way
Extremely dangerous and unhealthy for your organs
It’s stupid and does not look good :/
Sure, why not. I would like to try it.
I didn't know that waist training was that bad, so i change my reply, nope, i dont like them.
I hope you realize this is bs 😂
Not good they should just workout.
You don't change your proportions by working out... you just lose fat...
Yes you do I’ve worked out that’s how I became slim thick

The you can make your butt bigger proportionally to your waist, but that doesn't change how your waist to hip ratio looks from the front.

Girl, waist trainers are about giving you a lower waist to hip ratio, not about looking thinner. Do you get the difference?
It’s about pushing your waist in. Either way, working out helps.

Yes you can deny it all you want idc it happens.
I spot reduced fat with my workouts
Spot reducing=fat loss in a certain spot. It is possible it happens.
Ask a doctor then.. or just look it up on the internet. It's nit possible, you lost fat on all your body, not just 1 area...
